I'm so ready to have this baby. I probably should thank God for letting Brady come early last time, though without the complications would have been good. I'm so much bigger this time and the baby seems to be taking all the room in my stomach. If I don't sit just right I can't breath and he is under my ribs. Yeah, the doctor told me today that I will get more uncomfortable as the time progresses. Gee, thanks doc. :-)
So, at 32 1/2 weeks everything is looking good. I feel great other than the normal aches and pains of the third trimester. I have acid reflux just a tad but a rolaids seems to help that. My right hip has been hurting for several months and it is getting worse but I find a tylenol PM helps me feel better at night. I haven't taken many, just when I have been on my feet all day (like today). I saw Dr. Panner today and my visit and he was pretty cool. Now I know why everyone likes him so much. He was pretty much on board with whatever we want to do as far as the VBAC goes, as long as it's safe of course he added. I'm not sure all the doctors there feel that way but they have our birth plan now and will prayerfully go along with us (my hope).
I'm kind of secretly hoping that I'll go into labor about 35 and 1/2 weeks. Not sure why, just sounded like a good number. Then I realized that I think that will be around Christmas...actually (just figured it out) the kids will be at mom and dads that week anyway (since they can't come to the hospital anyway). hmmmm three more weeks....that's probably too early. Panner said they won't stop the labor after 34 weeks (I asked today). Do you think I'm setting myself up? What a Christmas that would be! Okay, waking up from the day dream now...
Got all kinds of stuff going on right through the New Year so I'm sure this last month will go fast...I hope so.
Oh, I have to give props to my sweet, sweet hubby. He has massaged me for years now (yeah, I'm lucky) but he has been sooooo good about it through the pregnancy. I told him he needs to save it up for labor and he said he'll be just fine and will do what he has to. Makes me want to keep him around. :-)
